With a long track record in designing and implementing innovation strategies for complex organisations, Antonio brings to the firm his ability to identify transformation opportunities and build roadmaps that connect the executive vision with operational reality.
He has led organisational change processes in public and private entities, with special emphasis on stakeholder articulation and the design of governance systems adapted to each client's institutional context.

Erica combines her background in systemic design with deep experience in developing leadership capabilities and building governance frameworks for organisations undergoing transformation.
Her integrative perspective connects the human, organisational and technological dimensions of change, generating proposals that are technically sound and culturally viable. She has accompanied executive teams in complex decision-making processes in high-uncertainty contexts.

José Eduardo leads the firm's technological dimension with a perspective that integrates technical rigour with systemic design. His specialisation in artificial intelligence and digital transformation allows him to advise organisations on the strategic adoption of emerging technologies with a long-term vision.
He has directed design and implementation projects for digital platforms, data observatories and information systems for public, private and third-sector entities, both in Spain and internationally.
